The password will be change every time you run the tool. That is all the steps for the setup, our technical support team member will be able to connect to your PC client to provide remote support for you. You will be able to see the steps of our support from your desktop directly, with full transparency. Once the support is completed, just stop the client support tool to terminate the connection.
